Before moving to MotorComplete, Summit Drive found that their previous platform lacked the flexibility needed to evolve alongside the business. Website development had become difficult to progress, and the limitations of their existing CRM were beginning to hinder future growth.
Switching core systems is a major decision, but MotorComplete drew on experience from more than 70 platform migrations — including 10+ from the same previous supplier. Together, the teams reviewed Summit Drive’s processes in detail to ensure all systems across the wider group were integrated correctly.
