What's New March 2026

13 March 2026
The first couple of months of the year have been busy here and I am delighted to learn that this is true for the majority of our brokers as well.
The team continued to focus on background platform tasks connected to ratebook and feed processes, completed the implementation of Cloudflare to combat site-impacting problems, and continue to work on the change to our software release process.
Alongside this we completed several helpful improvements and new features, and we welcomed a number of brokers to the platform.
We are delighted to welcome DP Leasing, Optima Vehicle Leasing, KudosVM, and FleetLee. Well done to all and thank you for choosing the MotorComplete leasing platform

Key changes delivered

CMS:
  • Added a placeholder for 'customeremail' to the general email template and to the 'Customer Delivery Date Confirmation To Dealership' template.
  • Added an SMS Tool Tip and updated the Help section to advise about the 160 character limit, the impact of special characters, and how to avoid excess usage charges caused by multiple SMS segments being used
  • Customize the contact form to allow segmentation by postcode
  • Delivered a custom banner design to support a campaign
CRM:
  • Addition of a new Contract Suitability document into the CRM workflow. This document is sent automatically to the customer alongside the Customer Order, and requires e-signing.
  • We added a 'short notes' column to the Vehicle on Order and Renewals views in CRM to support easy viewing of prompts and reminders
  • A new Closed Lost reason, 'for No Contact Made,' was added, and the Round Robin report was updated to show the reason a deal is closed.g Closed Lost due to no contact being made.
  • Another broker for the MI file transfer that we can send daily to an endpoint.
  • We changed the Postcode lookup supplier as the established one ceased trading
Other:

The platform roadmap was shared last month on Trello and will shortly be updated. Consequently, we will soon remove the Community feature and replace it with a link to Trello. The Q&A section of the Community will move to the Help section on the CMS. Please review the Help system before seeking support, we are always happy to run calls to show you how to use unfamiliar parts of the platform.
Finally it is very helpful to leave a review on Google - we have over 80 brokers on the platform and only 11 reviews!
