What's new January 2026

12 January 2026

Since we last shared an update in October, we’re delighted to welcome several new brokers to MotorComplete, including Player Cars, Vic Young, and Yorkshire Vehicle Finance, alongside three additional closed sites launched by existing brokers looking to extend their leasing proposition to new target audiences.

A very warm welcome to you all — and thank you for choosing MotorComplete as your leasing broker platform.

Over the past few months, our focus has been on ongoing platform improvements, particularly around AR processing and ratebook sharing, alongside continued enhancements to broker websites. We’ve delivered over 20 individual website updates, primarily design-led, to help improve usability and conversion. As always, if there’s anything you need support with, just let us know.

Platform updates and new features

Website & CMS

Added editable Information Statements for each finance type (PCH, BCH and Finance Lease). These can be managed in the CMS under Settings → Ratebooks and Offers → Information Statement, with the option to toggle between default and custom content.

Introduced a new Invoice Report, making it easier to confirm whether invoices have been paid.

Launched a new Fleet Size Report.

Completed enhancements to the Custom Finance Report.

Added GCLID tracking, now included in the enquiry webhook.

Extended the maximum length of the Special Offer list block.

Delivered a bespoke update for one broker to route website enquiries down different paths based on postcode.

CRM

Updated the Word Invoice Template to include agreement number, salesperson name and delivery date.

Added a new CRM control allowing brokers to reset Commission Disclosure Documents (CDD) themselves — removing the need for manual intervention.

Another broker has now started using the CRM data export via FTP to feed an external reporting system.

A couple of important reminders

We continue to see SMS being used inefficiently, particularly where messages exceed 160 characters or include special characters. This can lead to split messages and increased costs. We’ve added further guidance here: Link

Reviews and social media play a big role in supporting our marketing efforts. If you’re happy to do so, please consider leaving us a Google review — and if you spot our posts on LinkedIn, a like, comment or share is always appreciated.

Finally, we’ll shortly be sharing our platform roadmap for the first part of the year, outlining what we’re actively working on and what sits in the change backlog. Once this is published, we’ll be decommissioning the Community section of the application.

Thanks again for your continued support.
