What's new for October 2022

We were delighted to see some of you at the BVRLA conference earlier this month over at the Royal Institute of British Architects. It is now a full year since we officially launched at the 2021 event. In a short presentation we reflected on how we had grown to over 20 subscribing brokers, and expect to see about another 10 over the next few months.  It has been a great year and thank you to all involved.

Since launch we have released over 250 new features, large and small. We pride ourselves in listening and learning from our users and combining this with our expertise in digital, CRM and web to deliver the best broker platform.

October was no different, with some important new features, plus a few tweaks here and there across both the websites and the CRM. We launched another site, van specialists Roy Wood Van Leasing. We are really pleased to see Steve and his team join the MotorComplete community.

For our websites, we've added the ability to show Special Offers on General Pages by adding the new Special Offers List block.

We launched the first of a series of improvements to vans search, including new sorting options on the van results page, such as body style, MPG and list price.

The CRM can now send automated reminder emails based on conditions you set. For example, if a quote is sent to a prospect but not completed.

Finance proposals have been improved, with more fields added for income and expenditure, to better enable the assessment of affordability and accommodate new requirements from funders.

Other changes include:

• Easy amendment of the delivery address post dealer order with the ability to add a note to the dealer.
• Amendments to accommodate the specific registration details on dealer orders for Arval funded vehicles.
• Accommodation of an additional document fee for Finance Lease, and inclusion in the deal income view on CRM
• A new status and notes fields for proposals where the proposal is not sent
• PPM is now included automatically on a quote where the PPM is included on the ratebook
• The addition of the Cap Code to the offer page for admin users, to make it easier to manage
