What's new for June 2024
At last it feels like summer has arrived, so we hope you are enjoying the improving weather.
It has been a busy month with focus on both changes and working with leasing brokers to onboard to MotorComplete. A warm welcome to Lincoln Vehicle Solutions a new broker on MotorComplete, and there are 4 more to follow over the next couple of weeks.
New features include...
- Facebook leads can now be loaded directly into the CRM, please contact support to learn more about how we have made this work
- We have finished more work on the native ratebook uploads, so you can now directly load ratebooks from Drivalia, Lookers, and we also fixed Ogilvie to reflect changes they had made
- On the emails template that you can create and then send by either event triggers or pushed from the CRM, we have added placeholder for Initial rental amount, Admin person name, Admin person email and Admin person phone number
- We are seeing increased use of the AR functionality on the ratebooks, where brokers are sharing rates with other brokers / websites. We have added a setting that allows the broker to select if the ratebook is shared as published or unpublished
- On the CRM we have added the concept of a Driver so you can identify if the Contact associated to a Live Contract or Renewal is the Driver
- Enhancements have been made to the quotation process on the CRM. It is now straightforward to produce quotes for PCP and HP, and we have enabled the PDF download so you can easily produce branded documents
Finally, our MD Anthony Flack completed a 3 day 300 mile plus bike ride from London to Nantes, the ride was in support of the Urologists Foundation who do important lifesaving work in the area of Prostate, Bladder and Kidneys. Thank you for the donations received to date, over £45,000 has been raised so far with Anthony exceeding £1,100. If anyone else would like to donate the fund raising page remains open.
