What's new for July 2023

Integration was a major theme for last month, enabling MotorComplete to work effortlessly alongside Lex, SalSac and Fleet Procure. We also launched many other new features, and ran a detailed planning exercise looking at updates for the rest of 2023, which you can review on the Community site.

We welcome another new broker partner to the platform; Automotive Scotland. The website looks great, and even before it went live they were making good use of the CRM. Congratulations to Chris and Maria.

Website & CMS updates

• SalSac integration, allowing you to choose which vehicles are available for salary sacrifice, and present the potential savings to the user. Enquiries where the user is interested in salary sacrifice are flagged in the CRM.
• Expiry date functionality for Special Offers, allowing you to automatically remove an offer on a given date. Brokers also receive a notification email 24 hours before the expiry date.
• A new 'Recently Viewed Offers' block for the homepage. Allowing returning users to view offers they have previously viewed.
• Special offers can now be selected for display on the homepage based on specific tags, using the 'Tagged Offers List' block.
• Tagged offers are now fully supported via the generate offer button on the broker bar.
• You can now add a YouTube icon to the website footer, by adding a URL under Settings > Theme.
• If you use Car and Driving for images, you can now choose to override the vehicle thumbnail image from Cap with a Car and Driving image.

CRM updates

• We can now add custom logos (such as BVRLA or Trustpilot) to the Quote and Order PDFs that your customers receive.
• The existing Contact Records report has had columns added to indicate UTM codes by campaign, medium, content and term.
• Fleet Procure API launched to enable two way connection between CRM and Fleet Procure, to build and order the vehicle and then receive updates to your CRM as milestones occur, e.g. estimated delivery date.
• Lex quote integration, so you can view the real time rental from Lex via the Quote configuration screen, alongside any other applicable rate book prices.
