What's new for July 2022

Amidst the glorious weather, here at MotorComplete we've been hard at work, launching a raft of new features, focusing on CRM user experience and reporting. We'd also like to welcome Partridge Vehicle Leasing onboard with MotorComplete.

Here's a few highlights of the new features launched last month:

• Improved filtering and search in CRM, and additions and improvements to the side bar.
• New views in CRM for 'Vehicles on Order' and 'Live Contracts'.
• Improved logic to update the CRM for example where dealer order is in play it automatically updates the dealer order status.
• Improvements to reduce data entry, for example the addition of a checkbox on Contact creation to copy address from Contact to Company, and improved logic to carry forward customer address to Customer and Dealer orders.
• New reporting available for referrals, and deal income and enhancement, plus improvements to contact details in the renewal report.
• Pre and Post delivery emails to support the AutoProtect insurance product.
• A new setting in CRM to allow Customer Orders to be started before, or without a Proposal.
• Changes to the Leads referral system to allow the addition of a name for the lead source.
• Huge improvements to loading times on offer details pages on the website.
• Added structured data to the homepage to allow search engines to display a review score for the business.

We're currently working on some exciting integrations with funder APIs as well as the introduction of some outright purchase related features.
