What's new for February 2025

We have had a busy December and January with some important changes to run through.

As is traditional on the What's New, firstly welcome to seven brokers who have recently joined MotorComplete, including Jet Vehicle Finance, Leap Vehicle Leasing, Premier Vehicle Leasing, GoLease, Embrace Leasing, Van Source UK, and JS Holmes Leasing - welcome all to MotorComplete!

The following changes have been delivered since the last communication sent out in early December:

Website and pricing

• Commission Changes - We made a change to how you populate commission on the ratebook and offer nodes, that allows a default commission to be set, with the option to override on each ratebook or offer, if required.
• Lex Used API integration - Lex approved brokers can now add used EVs directly to the website via the API, and reserve and order to Lex through the CMS
• Addition of Vehicle Search - we have added a new page type to the CMS, that now allows you to add search to the header on a page that is not the homepage.
• Rate BookTag - You can now add a tag to any ratebook you are importing and the tag will be applied to all deals on the ratebook. This can be used to promote features e.g. maintenance, or used to support the grouping of a particular ratebook in for example a hub - perhaps useful in support of products like Arval Total Care.
• Block labelling - When utilising a block on the CMS we have added custom labelling, so you can add you own label to make it easier to understand the content on the block
• New Placeholder - on Email template for Anticipated Delivery Date
• New Event Trigger - automated emails and for SMS for Proposal Signed
• New Event Trigger - automated emails and for SMS for Dealer Order Signed

CRM changes

• Vehicle On Order Grouped View - we have redesigned the view from a list to group layout, adding many custom headings to help you manage the process post delivery.
• Invoices - can now be generated to a Word Template from the Deal
• Income screen. This is in addition to the existing API integration with Xero
• Task Journey - User interface improvements on the return journey from an Opportunity on the CRM
• Text Magic - if you use Text Magic for 2 way SMS, we have an integration available to their API
• Novuna rate book changes - supported

Other news

• We have a new partnership with DriveSmart and can add a very handy
• Benefit in Kind Calculator to the Vehicle Results page. There is a small monthly cost to pay for this subscription.
  The partnership with ACL for short term rentals continues to be popular
  The partnership with Ratesync is working well where they can deliver
• Dealer ratebooks and offers directly to MotorComplete
  We are exploring the addition of closer partnerships and integrations to
• Carmmunity, MotorEasy, and also to another party for an API to support the sale of vehicles you may come across as trade-ins.
