What's new for August 2024

As we traditionally do, let’s start with a warm MotorComplete welcome to 4 new brokers joining MotorComplete - Top Gear Leasing, RightLease, Leasepoint and Current Car Leasing. Welcome onboard and we are already enjoying partnering with you.

We let the engineers take a bit of time off (not all together...) over the holiday period and still managed to deliver a lot of requested changes.

For the CRM

• Changing the way Tasks are presented in the list and group view, so you can easily see your own tasks, tasks you created for others, and tasks create by others for others
• We have added functionality to allow a super-user to delete a contact, please be careful as once deleted it is deleted
• The registration plate is now presented alongside the vehicle leased, in the contact view on the CRM, saving you having to look for it
• The fleet size for cars and vans has been added to the Company, and is picked up from the Proposal if applicable, or can be added and edited as required in the CRM

For the Website and CMS

• When uploading a ratebook you can use a checkbox to define all deals in the ratebook as a special offer
• We have added a new automated email that you can configure in settings / email to handle incoming enquiries from aggregators such as Cars 2 Buy
• The enquiry form performance has been improved to accommodate bespoke CRM
• More formatting options have been added to the Pod block type to support centring of texts and images
• Finally, we have made improvements to the emails, where the opportunity is assigned to Admin. A contact footer for Admin will be included, and an alert sent to admin when the Dealer Order delivery status is updated

We also recently communicated a significant partnership with Motoreasy to complement the many other partnership opportunities, such as Autoserve, Fleet Procure and Motorway, which you can utilise to increase revenue and improve service. See more -
